Water circulates and freezes continuously on the inside and outside of the cylinders. The refrigerant circulates through the walls of the two cylinders. With this process, 100% of the evaporator surface is used. A pump installed at the bottom of the ice maker machine recirculates the unfrozen water.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AVALANCHA\u00ae allows easy adjustment of the flake thickness, between 4 and 10 mm. Once the desired thickness is obtained, by means of our hot gas system, the ice is removed from the inner and outer walls of the cylinders.
