INESA has designed the AVALANCHA® shell ice factories machine in AISI 304 stainless steel to obtain maximum ice production with an optimal energy efficiency (depending on the model, consumption is 40-50 kWh/Tn). AVALANCHA® ice factory is ideal for the fishing, meat, chemical, bakery, etc. industries.

Description
Operation
The ice is made in vertically suspended cylinders. Water circulates and freezes continuously on the inside and outside of the cylinders. The refrigerant circulates through the walls of the two cylinders. With this process, 100% of the evaporator surface is used. A pump installed at the bottom of the ice maker machine recirculates the unfrozen water.
AVALANCHA® allows easy adjustment of the flake thickness, between 4 and 10 mm. Once the desired thickness is obtained, by means of our hot gas system, the ice is removed from the inner and outer walls of the cylinders. The ice falls by gravity into a screw conveyor.
