Description
Water cooling is achieved in a cooling plant where it is cooled between 1 ºC and 5 ºC according to the equipment of the project. We store the water in an insulated storage tank with a recirculation pump. Tanks are installed in 20’ or 40’ containers with a capacity between 18 and 36 m³ depending on the daily needs of concrete production.
Even in the case of a water with a high initial temperature of 40 ºC, our coolers are capable of producing cold water at 1 ºC with a high COP. For this, we carry out the cooling in two or three stages, achieving greater energy saving.
